• FURNITURE, FABRIC, AND FINISH SELECTIONS - Specifies and/or procures furniture products and furnishings with bid documents/statement of work.
  
  
• MOVE MANAGEMENT - Coordinates installation of carpeting, paint, wallcovering, custom millwork, voice/data locations and furniture installation or reconfiguration. Monitors job progress to ensure quality and integrity of project.
  
  
• POST OCCUPANCY EVALUATION - Audits facility after move-in to facilitate continuing improvement efforts.
